Yes, your watch will come with a 2-year warranty covering malfunctions due to production. Damages caused by the owner are not under warranty. For example it doesn’t cover the water damages caused by a misuse of the watch, normal wear, accidental damages to the glass, scratches, damages to the strap or theft.

It is required a proof of purchase and the warranty card.

Taxes and customs fees are not included. You may be subject to local duty/import taxes, if they apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the amount of these charges in advance and advise you to contact the duty services in your country to obtain an estimated duty amount and the base rate of VAT. If the taxes and customs fees are not paid, your order will be returned to us.

To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned:

• Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear

Axon Watches reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned product shows a loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the returned product is functionally damaged, Axon Watches reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Eventual import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Axon Watches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.
